California law and regulation requires that regional centers display on their Web sites information about the dollar value of services they purchase for clients. These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.
Residential Service Provider Orientation (RSPO)
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
WHERE: Online Training – You must have a computer and audio and video capabilities to participate in the training.
CERTIFICATION: Participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

STUDY GUIDES: The main text for the course will be the Residential Service Provider Orientation Manual that you will download from the Course prior to the beginning the first course.
DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to provide an overview of Title 17 requirements for residential vendorization for persons who wish to become vendored as a residential service provider and for administrators of vendored homes. (Title 17 Section 56003)

FEE: Payment of $200 fee via credit card (debit or prepaid cards are not accepted) must be completed 2 weeks prior to the class start day. This covers the registration, materials, Regional Center RSPO certification and test fee.
This training is design to provide potential and current Residential Service Provider Administrators with the information they need to know about working with Lanterman Regional Center. Because this training covers the policies of Lanterman it may not be transferable with other regional centers. (CCL License required)

Due to security reasons, access to the building requires that all visitors carry a picture ID.
Parking: Available in the parking structure behind Lanterman on Berendo Avenue. Parking tickets will not be validated. Parking fees are $6.50 prior to 10 a.m. entry, otherwise the rate is $2 for every 15 minutes with a maximum rate of $16 for all day parking. There is metered parking on the street. Watch street signs. Lanterman is 2 blocks west of the Metro Red Line Wilshire/Vermont Station.
