Our Offices are Under Construction

Our offices are currently under construction, so please bear with us as we work to bring you an improved in-person experience in early 2023.

What does this mean for you?

  • Our reception will be moving to the ground floor, making it more accessible for clients and families.
  • And we’re making modifications for all the new service coordinators who have joined our team to help reduce caseloads and improve the quality of service we are able to provide.

What are we asking of you?

  • For the next few months, due to the construction work, we aren’t able to manage drop-in visitors.
  • If you need to see your service coordinator, or someone in accounting or community services, please make sure you’ve made prior arrangements with that individual so you know they are in the office at the time of your visit.
  • Staff continue to be available by phone and e-mail. You can use an individual's direct contact info they have provided you or if you're unsure of who you need to speak with, you can reach us at one of the e-mails or numbers below.

We look forward to sharing our new space with you in the new year and thank you for your patience.
