This workshop will provide an overview of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) including assessments, eligibility, goal development, educational placement, transition plans and due process proceedings. Arlene Bell, presenter, is an attorney whose work and passion is dedicated to Special Education Law.
