DDS invites you to attend a meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. to review and provide feedback on the proposed standardized and statewide Individual Program Plan/Person-Centered Services Plan template that all regional centers will implement and use starting January 1, 2025.
This template has been developed in consultation with the Regional Center Performance Measures Workgroup members, DDS Consumer Advisory Committee, regional centers, community organizations and other Service Access & Equity focus groups.
This meeting is open to the public and time will be allotted for public comments.
Meeting materials will be sent in a separate e-mail and posted on the DDS website for your review before the meeting date.

California law and regulation requires that regional centers display on their Web sites information about the dollar value of services they purchase for clients. These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.

Regional centers must post information regarding how providers are doing with ensuring individuals served are part of their communities (Welfare and Institutions Code section 4519.2(b)). This information is to be updated at least every six months until DDS has determined that statewide compliance has been met.
