지원 (Support): 참여자가 생활, 일, 놀이를 도울 지원자 직접 선택 (Participants pick supports and people to help them live, work, and play)

책임 (Responsibility): 지역 사회의 가치있는 일원으로, 본인 삶에 대한 일들을 직접 결정 (Make decisions in their life and have a valued role in the community)

확인 (Confirmation): 고객이 본인이 스스로의 삶에 대한 의사를 결정 (Participants are the decision makers about their life)
