Individual Supported Employment (ISE)

FDLRC’s Individual Supported Employment services are designed to assist individuals served by FDLRC in obtaining and maintaining Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE).
Supports may include a process of discovering an individual’s strengths, talents and interests; person centered planning for employment; business planning and micro-enterprise support; soft skills training (e.g. workplace communication, professionalism and attitude, teamwork and problem solving), transportation, employment preparation, and job-specific skills; paid work experience and internships; job development and placement; and job coaching or on-the-job training and support.
