California law and regulation requires that regional centers display on their Web sites information about the dollar value of services they purchase for clients. These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.
Sneak Preview of the Film “Education Revolution” Will Be Held on January 9, 2012
On January 9, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Autry Museum, Jay Nolan Community Services along with the Tarjan Center at UCLA and the Special Needs Project will be hosting a sneak preview screening of Dan Habib's new film, "Education Revolution." This is a very exciting film about the inclusion of children with a wide range of emotional, mental health and other challenging behaviors to be included in school and community life.
In addition, Habib's award winning film entitled "Including Samuel" will also be shown. There will also be an opportunity for discussion with the filmmaker.
There is no charge for this event, but seating is very limited and participants must call to confirm their attendance. The preview will take place at the Autry Musuem - Wells Fargo Theater, which holds only 200 people.
