Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center (FDLRC) observes all state and federal laws for the protection of the privacy of individuals served by FDLRC and personal identifying information. The state law most relevant in this regard is the Lanterman Act. The federal law is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how and if your personal information may be required or used and your choices about that when you visit this website or subscribe to any of our communication channels.
By using this site, you are consenting to FDLRC collecting and processing your personal information (only when necessary) in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.
You can visit the FDLRC website without revealing any personal information. Providing personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail, and phone number, is voluntary and depends on your interaction with the site. We may request this information when you register for a workshop, apply for services, or inquire about opportunities.

By subscribing to or using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
