This section will feature one document for the current fiscal year that includes all of the contracts that are approved in accordance with the board approved policy for approval of contracts in excess of $250,000 for the current fiscal year.
Performance Contract
Every year, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) contracts with regional centers in California to serve clients and families. And, every year DDS looks at how well the regional centers are doing. This report will give you information about Lanterman, including information about the clients the Center serves and how well the Center is doing in meeting our goals and fulfilling our contract with DDS.
Vendor Information
This is Lanterman’s board-approved policy for entering into contracts valued at over $250,000 annually and the process for issuing requests for proposals (RFPs) to address client service needs, and for awarding and disbursing start-up funds for new resource development, when available.
