Service providers may now review their Quality Incentive Program (QIP) survey and compliance status on the DDS QIP webpage under the “Provider Survey Status” tab.
As a reminder, to earn your QIP rate for FY 2026-2027, a provider must:
- Be validated in the provider directory
- Maintain compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) guidelines
- Maintain compliance with independent audits/reviews
- Maintain compliance with HCBS Final Rule regulations
- Complete the appropriate QIP surveys
DDS has extended the deadline for the QIP surveys to February 27, 2026.
