Community Navigator
What's On This Page
The Navigator provides one-to-one support for parents and caregivers, education and navigation support with regional center services and generic community resources.
Systems Navigation
The Navigator assists with understanding the various services available for individuals and their families, such as regional center services and generic resources, including applying for SSI, Medi-Cal, and CalFresh.
Advocacy
Parents, caregivers and professionals will be referred to resources to advocate on behalf of their loved ones and their families.
Education
Workshops are provided on various topics related to understanding and accessing services and community resources, such as Respite Services, In-Home Support Services (IHSS) and more.
