Under general supervision, performs various duties relating to reception functions, mail, and working closely with the Operations Manager and Administrative Services Division in a team environment.
Candidate will possess strong team player skills, know-how and be able to adapt well to change. In addition, candidate will be self-confident, self-reliant and able to perform all duties with competence, proficiency, diligence and consistency; often with little supervision. Will also possess, exceptional communication skills, be an open, honest and forthcoming individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience
To perform effectively in this position, the incumbent must have a high school degree with 2 to 3 years of receptionist/PBX experience in a professional office environment.
Candidate must be bilingual English/Spanish and possess computer skills, including word processing and excel. Substantial equivalents may be substituted for the above requirements. Must have the capacity to establish and maintain effective and professional relations with staff, management, vendors and visitors.
Require California driver license, proof of insurance and adequate transportation to fulfill position responsibilities.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
