California law and regulation requires that regional centers display on their Web sites information about the dollar value of services they purchase for clients. These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.
Toddler Talk
Douglas Speech Associates and Lanterman present Toddler Talk, a six-session parent/child summer speech program designed for children 2 to 3 1/2 years of age. Parents will learn tips and techniques to build language skills and the program will feature, environmental sounds; letters, numbers, colors; animals; the city; food; and active bodies.
Space is limited, registration required.

Parking: Available in the parking structure behind Lanterman on Berendo Avenue. Parking tickets will not be validated. Parking fees are $5 prior to 10 a.m. entry, otherwise they will range from $10 to $13. There is metered parking on the street. Watch street signs. Lanterman is 2 blocks west of the Metro Red Line Wilshire/Vermont Station.
