Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center has three (3) vaccination clinics and is sharing the registration links with Lanterman Regional Center clients and families. The hospital is located at 1300 N. Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027.

Eligibility includes regional center clients 16 years of age and older, parents as non-paid caregivers, and effective April 1, all adults 50 years or older. Sign up now before all three clinics fill up!

Sign, Say and Play: A Baby Signs Program

Special Workshops

Lanterman's Koch-Young Resource Center presents Sign, Say and Play: A Baby Signs Program. Gives babies a way to “talk” with their parent - before they can talk. For parents and children birth to 5 years old to attend together, families will learn useful signs for mealtime, bedtime, bathtime and expressing feelings. In addition, parents will learn simple ways to support their baby’s intellectual and social-emotional development. The first session in a four-session series starts on March 23, 2021.

Service Coordination Advocacy Training

This four-week course provides families with the necessary skills and knowledge about the regional center system to make them informed partners and advocates for their family member with special needs.

April 7 and 29 - Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics at LACC - Appointment Required

9am–5pm

The Community Resource Center in Metro L.A. has partnered with USC School of Pharmacy and Los Angeles City College (LACC) to launch a COVID-19 vaccination site for health plan members, as well as community members who are currently eligible under the County guidelines.

The no cost vaccine is available during their drive-thru and walk-up event on Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Los Angeles City College’s Lot on 4100 Marathon St., Los Angeles, CA 90029.

Vaccine supply is limited and an appointment is required.

L.A. Care recommends that everyone who is eligible for the vaccine gets vaccinated.

Workshop Series for Adults on the Spectrum who are in Romantic Relationships

This six-session virtual workshop series presented by Foothill Autsim Alliance is for individuals on the autism spectrum who are in a romantic relationship. The workshop series will teach essential life skills including the social communication critical towards developing an emotionally and sexually healthy relationship. April 7 and 29 - Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics at LACC - Appointment Required

9am–5pm

The Community Resource Center in Metro L.A. has partnered with USC School of Pharmacy and Los Angeles City College (LACC) to launch a COVID-19 vaccination site for health plan members, as well as community members who are currently eligible under the County guidelines.

The no cost vaccine is available during their drive-thru and walk-up event on Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Los Angeles City College’s Lot on 4100 Marathon St., Los Angeles, CA 90029.

Vaccine supply is limited and an appointment is required.

L.A. Care recommends that everyone who is eligible for the vaccine gets vaccinated.
