These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.

Jerri Ward obtained an Associate of Arts in Legal Assisting and a paralegal certificate in 1987 at Mission College in Sylmar California. She was a paralegal at Neighborhood Legal Services in the government benefits unit for eight years. In 1997 she began working at Disability Rights California as an Information and Referral Advocate. In 2001 she accepted the position as an advocate specializing in social security benefits and return to work under the Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Improvement Act of 1999.
