Helping Clients Reduce Their Risk of Sexual Abuse

This training by Get Safe USA, a leader in personal safety training for people with developmental disabilities, will provide precaution sand steps that providers and clients can take to reduce the risk of client sexual abuse. Knowing the warning signs of potentially abusive situations, like inappropriate boundary setting between children and adults and others and ways to address these concerns can have an impact on reducing the possibility of abuse before it happens. These behaviors include discussion of inappropriate relationships and conversation topics that may indicate risk of sexual abuse.
