This training is design to provide Day, Work and Residential Service Providers with core elements of emergency planning for a major disaster. The training will include developing emergency procedures and determining what supplies needed. Other topics will include sheltering in place and evacuating your facility. The trainier will also cover how to conduct a hazard analysis.

Parking: Available in the parking structure behind Lanterman on Berendo Avenue. Parking tickets will not be validated. Parking fees are $5 prior to 10 a.m. entry, otherwise they will range from $10 to $13. There is metered parking on the street. Watch street signs. Lanterman is 2 blocks west of the Metro Red Line Wilshire/Vermont Station.
California law and regulation requires that regional centers display on their Web sites information about the dollar value of services they purchase for clients. These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.

This information is to be updated at least every six months until DDS has determined that statewide compliance has been met.
