California law and regulation requires that regional centers display on their Web sites information about the dollar value of services they purchase for clients. These data (called "purchase of service" or "POS" data) must be reported separately by clients' ethnic/racial group, langauge and diagnosis.
10th Annual Assistive Technology Institute (ATI) Conference
The Assistive Technology Institute (ATI) provides educators, AT consumers, parents of students with disabilities, and the professionals who serve these individuals, the opportunity to learn about assistive technology and interact with professionals in the field. Our goal is to present new and useful ideas and information to enrich the lives of individuals who can benefit from assistive technology.
The ATI is a partnership between the following organizations; Communities Actively Living Independent and Free, Goodwill of Orange County - Assistive Technology Exchange Center (ATEC), Orange County Department of Education (OCDE), Parent of an AT Consumer, Team of Advocates for Special Kids (TASK), and Users of AT, and community volunteers.
The conference is designed for Special and Regular Education Teachers, Technology and Resource Specialists, Administrators, Parents, A.T. Users, and Anyone who wants to learn more about A.T.
