Lanterman's Koch-Young Resource Center presents Toddler Talk, a six-session parent/child speech program designed for children 2 to 3 1/2 years of age with Smile Pediatric Therapy and Diagnostics. Parents will learn tips and techniques to build language skills and the program will feature, environmental sounds; letters, numbers, colors; animals; the city; food; and active bodies. Navigating the Special Needs System: Service Coordination and Advocacy Training Series

Music and Movement: A Parent and Me Music Series on Thursdays

3pm–4pm

Lanterman presents Music and Movement, which brings together families in sharing songs, instrument play, rhythm chants and movement activities in a relaxed, playful, non-performance-oriented setting. Music is learned through developmentally appropriate activities that support and respect the unique learning styles of very young children from 2 to 4 years of age. Infants, toddlers and preschoolers participate at their own levels in family-style classes of mixed ages.
